Local Processing

PixMidas tools are designed to process your files, images and text locally on your device. Your content is not uploaded to PixMidas servers. We do not collect, store, review or access the files or text you process through our tools.

Libraries and Assets

Every library a tool needs is bundled with the site and served from pixmidas.com. PDF.js, pdf-lib, JSZip and the handwriting fonts used by Sign PDF are all self-hosted, so processing a file contacts no other company.

Some PDF tools request additional font and character-map files from pixmidas.com while rendering a document, so that text in less common encodings displays correctly. Only these library assets are requested. Your file is never uploaded, and its contents are never included in any request.

What We Collect

We do not require account creation. We do not collect your name, email address or any personal information to use our tools.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits. Its script is loaded from Cloudflare at static.cloudflareinsights.com, so that one request does leave your browser. It sets no cookies and stores no identifier that follows you between sites. It records the page address, the referring site, your country, your device and browser type, and page-speed timings. It has no access to the files you process, because those are never sent anywhere.

Cookies

PixMidas may use essential cookies to ensure the website functions correctly, such as storing your dark/light mode preference. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes at this time.

Third-Party Advertising

PixMidas may display advertisements through third-party advertising networks such as Google AdSense. These networks may use cookies to serve relevant ads. Please refer to Google's privacy policy for information on how they handle data.

Your Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the files, text, links and other content they choose to process with PixMidas tools. Do not process illegal, harmful, abusive or unauthorized material.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Continued use of PixMidas after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Tips to protect your files

Use a secure, trusted network. Avoid public Wi-Fi when working with sensitive documents.

Keep your device and browser updated. Security patches protect against known vulnerabilities.

Clear your browser data after processing sensitive files, especially on shared devices.

For highly confidential documents, consider working offline. Most PixMidas tools keep working without an internet connection once the page has loaded. Some tools fetch their processing library the first time you use them, so run the tool once while you are still online if you plan to work disconnected.
