1. What PixMidas provides

PixMidas provides free browser-based utility tools for common tasks including image processing, PDF manipulation, text utilities, and developer tools. Most tools are designed to run entirely on your device without uploading files to any server.

Tools are provided free of charge for personal and commercial use, subject to these terms.

2. No warranties

PixMidas tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• tool outputs will meet any specific technical, legal, regulatory, or professional standard
• outputs will be accepted by any government authority, employer, bank, or other organization
• tools will be available without interruption or error
• results will be error-free or suitable for any particular purpose

Use our tools at your own discretion and verify outputs before use in any official, legal, or consequential context.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for:

• verifying that tool outputs meet the requirements of your intended use case
• confirming that outputs are acceptable to any third party before submitting them
• complying with all applicable laws and regulations when using our tools
• the files, text, and content you choose to process

PixMidas does not verify that any output will be accepted by a specific authority, platform, or organization. Requirements for passport photos, document formats, file submissions, and official processes vary by country, authority, and date — always verify current requirements with the relevant body before submitting.

4. No professional advice

Nothing on PixMidas constitutes legal, financial, regulatory, immigration, tax, compliance, medical, or professional advice of any kind. Tool suggestions, guidance text, and help content are informational only.

If you need professional guidance — for example, on whether a document, photo, or file meets specific legal or regulatory requirements — please consult a qualified professional.

5. Tool limitations

Our tools are designed for common use cases and may not handle all file types, edge cases, or specialized requirements. Specifically:

• Image dimension standards (passport photos, social media sizes) may change without notice — verify current requirements before submitting
• PDF signatures produced by our tools are not certified e-signatures and do not include identity verification or audit trails
• PDF watermarks are visual overlays and do not provide security protection against editing
• Document redaction and privacy tools help cover information but do not guarantee security of the output file against all forms of recovery
• Hash outputs depend on correct input encoding — verify results if working across different systems or encodings

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PixMidas and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of our tools, including but not limited to:

• rejected applications, submissions, or documents
• data loss or corruption during processing
• losses resulting from reliance on tool outputs
• tool unavailability or errors

As our tools are provided free of charge, our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed zero.

7. Third-party dependencies

Some tools load open-source libraries from third-party CDN providers (such as Cloudflare CDN and Google Fonts) when first used. These requests fetch only library code — your file content is not transmitted to any third party. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party CDN providers.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use PixMidas tools to process illegal, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized content. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse our tools or infrastructure.

9. Changes to tools and terms

We may update, change, or remove tools and features at any time without notice. We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our tools after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
